HBK HBK is seeking a senior Lean leader to define and execute Lean initiatives within the HBK SBS framework. You will drive the Lean journey, develop programs around SQDIP, and sustain an Obeya Room with Visual Management tools across global sites.

You will analyze data, challenge Lean thinking, lead by example, and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to achieve best-in-class Lean performance. This role reports to the SBS board and requires strong change management and leadership

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Lean implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of SQDIP and deployment in manufacturing.
• Experience running Kaizen events and delivering efficiency improvements.
• Vision for Lean journey and ability to execute strategy.
• Leads by example without formal leadership role.
• Lean Six Sigma Certification is a plus.
• Able to set standards and continuously improve them.
• Excellent communication across all levels of the organization.
• Experience implementing Lean in manufacturing environments.
• Track record of Lean improvements.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute Lean initiatives aligned with SBS/Lean within HBK.
• Lead the SBS/Lean journey and develop a Lean program around SQDIP.
• Sustain and improve an Obeya Room and implement Visual Management tools.
• Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with leaders to foster a best-in-class Lean culture.
• Report results to the SBS team across HBK sites worldwide.
• Inform top management on Lean improvements and progress.
