Job summary

Global Multinational Leader In Automation And Smart Living Solutions seeks a Senior Manager, Continuous Improvement, to lead Lean Digital Transformation initiatives within the Shared Service Center. You will identify AI, RPA, and ML opportunities, redesign processes, and drive cross-functional improvements across Finance, HR, and Procurement.

Candidates should have 5–10 years in leadership for SSC process improvement, a Green Belt or higher, and strong analytics, communication, and stakeholder

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of leadership experience in process improvement and digital transformation for SSC functions (e.g., Finance, HR, Procurement).
• Green Belt minimum required; hands-on experience with RPA, AI, ML, and analytics.
• Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop a roadmap for process improvement and Lean Digital Transformation in the SSC.
• Identify and execute AI, RPA, and ML-driven digital transformation opportunities.
• Map and redesign current processes while driving end-to-end continuous improvement projects.
• Partner with stakeholders to meet SLA commitments and mitigate operational risks.
• Mentor and coach project teams delivering results across business functions.
