Job summary

HBK (Hottinger, Brüel & Kjær) is seeking a senior Lean lead to define and drive Lean initiatives within the Spectris Business System (SBS). You will collaborate with stakeholders across HBK sites and the SBS board to shape deployment of Lean across the organization.

Daily tasks include planning strategic projects, leading Kaizen events, developing SQDIP-based programs, sustaining an Obeya Room, implementing Visual Management tools, and reporting improvements to top management to foster a

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of documented Lean implementation experience.
• Experience leading Kaizen events and delivering efficiency improvements.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Lean initiatives aligned with SBS focus.
• Plan and schedule strategic project tasks and monitor progress.
• Lead SBS/Lean journey and develop Lean culture across HBK sites.
• Develop Lean program around SQDIP and sustain Obeya Room.
• Implement and maintain Visual Management tools and report results.
