- Proven experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and/or functional testing.
- Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into effective test scenarios and test cases.
- Experience writing, executing, and documenting test cases and test results.
- Hands-on experience with defect management and tracking tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently while effectively managing priorities and deadlines.
- Experience testing SAP solutions, enterprise applications, or systems within utility environments.
- Relevant academic qualification or professional experience in Information Technology, Business Analysis, Software Testing, SAP, Utilities, or a related field.
- Experience with SAP Fiori applications and testing.
- Previous experience working within the Utilities industry.
- Experience collaborating with distributed or geographically diverse project teams.
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies and delivery frameworks.
- Familiarity with test management and reporting best practices.
- Prepare, review, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test cases based on business and functional requirements.
- Validate system functionality from an end-user perspective, ensuring solutions meet business needs and acceptance criteria.
- Identify, document, track, and follow up on defects through to resolution.
- Collaborate closely with business users, SAP functional consultants, project teams, and key stakeholders throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Support test planning activities, execution monitoring, progress tracking, and status reporting.
- Perform retesting and regression testing to verify that fixes and enhancements are functioning as expected.
- Ensure delivered solutions are ready for production deployment by confirming quality and business readiness before go-live.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes, standards, and documentation.
