Tata Consultancy Services in Lisbon is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join our data-driven team. You will partner on regulatory reporting, data governance, and data warehousing initiatives, translating complex requirements into clear specs and data models.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years in a similar Business Analyst role.
• Requirements gathering, business and data analysis, testing.
• Translating regulatory requirements into functional specs and data rules.
• Data Vault and Logical Data Modelling with PowerDesigner.
• Data lineage, impact assessments, and source-to-target mapping.
• Strong SQL knowledge (Oracle/SQL Server) and data reconciliation.
• Experience with 3-Amigos sessions and stakeholder coordination.
• Acceptance Testing, UAT, and end-to-end data validation.
• Large-scale Data Warehouse and Regulatory Reporting projects.
• Agile/Scrum and Azure Boards.
• Informatica PowerCenter and/or IDMC; Collibra; CI/CD/Azure DevOps.

• Years' experience: minimum 5 years in a similar role.
• Requirements gathering, business analysis, data analysis, data modelling, testing, and operation support.
• Discussion partner on business and regulatory requirements, understanding Risk & Finance and reporting needs.
• Experience translating regulatory requirements into functional specifications, business rules, and data requirements.
• Strong knowledge of Data Vault methodology and Logical Data Modelling (LDM) using PowerDesigner.
• Experience with data lineage, impact assessments, and source-to-target mapping across complex data landscapes.
• Strong SQL knowledge (Oracle and/or SQL Server) and experience in data analysis and reconciliation.
• Experience conducting 3-Amigos sessions, scenario-based testing preparation, and stakeholder coordination.
• Strong knowledge and experience with Acceptance Testing, UAT, and end-to-end data validation.
• Knowledge and experience in large-scale Data Warehouse and Regulatory Reporting projects.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Azure Boards.
• Ownership and accountability for requirements delivery and stakeholder alignment.
• Knowledge of Informatica PowerCenter and/or IDMC.
• Experience with Collibra and other Data Lineage/Data Governance tools.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Azure DevOps Pipelines, and source code deployment.
• Workplace: Lisbon + hybrid work
