Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in Lisbon is looking for an SAP Functional Trainer to deliver training to business users during UAT. You will train end users on SAP processes and guide them through test execution, ensuring clear understanding of business flows and SAP steps.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently on projects.
• Fluent Spanish (mandatory).
• Academic qualification or professional experience in SAP, business processes, training, testing, utilities, or related fields.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?

• Proven experience delivering SAP functional training to business users.
• Previous experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and/or functional testing activities.
• Strong SAP functional knowledge and the ability to explain business processes in a clear and structured way.

• Fluent Spanish (mandatory).
• Relevant academic qualification or professional experience in SAP, business processes, training, testing, utilities, or related fields.

GOOD TO HAVE:

• Experience within the Utilities industry.
• Knowledge and experience with SAP Fiori.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Previous experience collaborating with distributed or international project teams.

HOW WILL YOUR DAILY JOB BE?

• Deliver SAP functional training sessions to business users during the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase.
• Train end users on SAP operational processes, including data entry, document uploads, attachments, and required workflow steps.
• Explain business processes and SAP functional flows in a clear and user-friendly manner.
• Guide business users through test execution activities and provide functional support throughout the testing cycle.
• Answer functional questions and help users navigate SAP processes effectively during UAT activities.
• Prepare and maintain user-focused training materials, quick reference guides, and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP functional consultants, and project teams to ensure users are adequately prepared for testing activities
• Support the successful adoption and execution of testing activities by enhancing user knowledge and readiness.
