Job summary

Fujitsu is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay Consultant to design, configure, implement, and support SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and VPP solutions. You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable configurations.

The role requires hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience, including integration with Employee Central, and the ability to lead workshops and govern the compensation lifecycle across

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation configuration and workflows.
• Strong understanding of compensation and incentive processes in a global HR context.
• Ability to lead customer workshops and own configuration end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional design and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
• Configure templates, worksheets, budgets, eligibility rules and workflows.
• Configure merit, salary increases, promotions and incentive processes.
• Design compensation planning aligned with customer policies and budgets.
• Support compensation cycle preparation, execution and close activities.
• Lead Variable Pay (VPP) design and implementation, including templates and payout calculations.
• Coordinate data flows between modules such as Employee Central and Compensation.
