Responsabilidades

Configure complex compensation plans, including merit, bonus and long-term incentive programs.
Work closely with HR, compensation, and IT stakeholders.
Deliver training on Compensation and Variable Pay modules.

SAP SuccessFactors – Compensation

Detail-oriented and experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant with 5 to 10 years of expertise in implementing and supporting Compensation Management solutions within the SAP SuccessFactors Suite. Proven success in configuring complex compensation plans, including merit, bonus, and long-term incentive programs, while ensuring global compliance and business alignment.

Experienced in working closely with HR, compensation, and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions that drive pay-for-performance strategies. Proficient in template design, eligibility rules, budget modeling, and reporting using SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules.
