Job summary

Fujitsu in Portugal is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay Consultant to design, configure, implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay solutions. You will work closely with HR, Finance and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable configurations.

This senior role requires strong hands-on SAP configuration, senior stakeholder management and ability to lead workstreams across multi-country deployments.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
• Experience with Variable Pay / VPP integration.
• Strong knowledge of compensation and incentive processes.
• Senior consultant capable of leading workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the functional design and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
• Configure compensation templates, worksheets, budgets, guidelines, eligibility rules and workflows.
• Configure merit, salary increase, promotion, adjustment and incentive processes.
• Design compensation planning processes aligned with customer compensation policies.
• Configure business rules and eligibility criteria.
• Configure compensation statements and reward statements.
• Support Executive Review and compensation planning processes.
• Configure permissions and role-based access.
• Support compensation cycle preparation, execution and close activities.
• Analyse and resolve configuration and data issues.
• Lead functional design and implementation of Variable Pay programs.
• Configure Variable Pay templates and bonus plans.
• Define eligibility and employee population rules.
• Configure business goals, individual goals and team goals.
• Configure payout calculations, multipliers, gates, accelerators and payout curves where applicable.
• Configure proration and target calculations.
• Configure forecasting and incentive scenarios.
• Manage Variable Pay worksheets and employee assignments.
• Configure reward/variable pay statements.
• Support calculation, validation and release of bonus payouts.
• Support integration of Variable Pay with Employee Central and Performance Management.
