InnoTech Porto is seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Reporting Specialist to lead the development and continuous improvement of reporting solutions, with a strong focus on Story Reporting. You will partner with business stakeholders to translate analytics needs into effective reports, dashboards, and stories.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of SAP SuccessFactors reporting experience, deep knowledge of SuccessFactors HR processes, and fluency in English.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience as SAP SuccessFactors Reporting Specialist or similar.
• Hands-on with Story Reporting and complex reports, dashboards, analytics.
• Familiar with HS processes: Employee Central, Compensation, Learning, Recruiting, Performance, Goals, Succession.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors reporting solutions, focusing on Story Reporting.
• Translate analytical needs into reports, dashboards and stories for business stakeholders.
• Design business-focused reporting across SuccessFactors modules for actionable insights.
• Evaluate and help migrate from legacy tools to Story Reporting.

Your Mission Will Be

• Leading the development and continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors reporting solutions, with a strong focus on Story Reporting;
• Acting as a key reporting partner for business stakeholders, translating analytical needs into effective reports, dashboards, and stories;
• Designing business-focused reporting solutions across SuccessFactors modules, ensuring relevant and accessible insights;
• Evaluating existing reporting environments and supporting the transition from legacy tools such as Ad Hoc, Canvas, Table Reports, and ORD to Story Reporting.

You Will Need

• 3+ years of professional experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Reporting Specialist or in a comparable reporting and analytics role;
• Strong hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Story Reporting, including the development of complex reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions;
• Familiarity with SuccessFactors HR processes across areas such as Employee Central, Compensation, Learning, Recruiting, Performance, Goals, and Succession Planning;
• Fluency in English;
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.
