Wire IT in Porto, Portugal is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Reporting Specialist to join a hybrid team. You will develop complex reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions using SuccessFactors Story Reporting and related modules.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Reporting Specialist or in a similar role.
• Strong expertise in SuccessFactors Story Reporting and experience developing complex reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
• Good knowledge of SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Compensation, Learning, Recruiting, Performance, Goal Management, and Succession Planning.
• Solid understanding of reporting concepts, including data models, role-based permissions, calculated measures, and data governance.
• Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Business Data Cloud, or similar analytics platforms is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain complex reporting concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Fluent English is mandatory; German is a plus.

Role: SAP SuccessFactors Reporting Specialist

Location: Hybrid, Porto, Portugal
