Excelia is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Reporting Specialist to join our Porto team. You will design, develop, and optimize reporting solutions with a focus on Story Reporting, acting as the analytics SME for HR data and dashboards across SF modules.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into actionable reports, and guide data governance, permissions, and performance optimization.

Qualificações

• 3+ years as SAP SuccessFactors Reporting Specialist or similar.
• Fluent in English and adept at translating business needs into analytics solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Drive design, development, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors reporting solutions with emphasis on Story Reporting.
• Act as SME for SuccessFactors analytics, supporting stakeholders with reporting and dashboard requirements.
• Design and build meaningful reports, stories, and dashboards across SuccessFactors modules.
• Analyze existing reporting landscapes and migrate to Story Reporting from legacy tools.
• Provide guidance on reporting best practices, data modeling, permissions, and performance.

Position: SAP SuccessFactors Reporting Specialist

Location: Porto - 1x a week in the office

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the design, development, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors reporting solutions with a strong focus on Story Reporting as a key contact partner in the company.
• Act as the subject matter expert for SuccessFactors analytics, supporting business stakeholders with reporting and dashboard requirements.
• Design and build meaningful, business-oriented reports, stories, and dashboards across SuccessFactors modules.
• Analyze existing reporting landscapes and develop migration strategies from legacy reporting solutions (Ad Hoc Reporting, Canvas Reports, Table Reports, ORD, etc.) to Story Reporting.
• Provide consulting and guidance on reporting best practices, data modeling, permissions, and performance optimization.

Required Skills:

3+ years of proven experience as an SAP Success Factors Reporting Specialist, or

similar role.

Functional Skills

• Familiarity with HR SuccessFactors processes in Employee Central, Compensation, Learning, Recruiting, Performance, Goal management, Succession Planning.

Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on expertise in Story Reporting and a solid understanding of SAP's reporting strategy and roadmap.
• Experience creating complex reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions within SuccessFactors.
• Good knowledge of legacy SuccessFactors reporting tools and architectures.
• Understanding of reporting-related topics such as data models, role-based permissions, calculated measures, and data governance.
• Interest in and exposure to modern analytics platforms, ideally including SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Analytics Cloud, or similar technologies.

Languages

• Fluency in English (mandatory).
