InnoTech Porto is seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Reporting Specialist to lead the development and continuous improvement of reporting solutions, with a strong focus on Story Reporting. You will partner with business stakeholders to translate analytics needs into effective reports, dashboards, and stories.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of SAP SuccessFactors reporting experience, deep knowledge of SuccessFactors HR processes, and fluency in English.

Qualificações

3+ years of experience as SAP SuccessFactors Reporting Specialist or similar.
Hands-on with Story Reporting and complex reports, dashboards, analytics.
Familiar with HS processes: Employee Central, Compensation, Learning, Recruiting, Performance, Goals, Succession.

Responsabilidades

Lead development and continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors reporting solutions, focusing on Story Reporting.
Translate analytical needs into reports, dashboards and stories for business stakeholders.
Design business-focused reporting across SuccessFactors modules for actionable insights.
Evaluate and help migrate from legacy tools to Story Reporting.
