InnoTech in Porto, Portugal, seeks an experienced SAP IAM Security Specialist to lead SAP authorization modeling, SoD governance, and access control across on-premise and cloud landscapes.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional experience as an SAP IAM Security Specialist or in a comparable SAP security role.
• Strong expertise in SAP authorization concepts, RBAC/ABAC, role engineering, access lifecycle management.
• Solid understanding of IGA and end-to-end access management processes.
• Fluency in English.
• CPLP nationality or EU work permit required.

Responsabilidades

• Advising business stakeholders on SAP authorization models, access governance, and SoD requirements.
• Translating business access needs and security policies into scalable roles and concepts across on-premise and cloud environments.
• Supporting delivery and continuous improvement of IAM and SAP security initiatives, including deployments and enhancements.

Your Mission Will Be

• Advising business stakeholders on SAP authorization models, access governance, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) requirements;
• Translating business access needs and security policies into scalable technical roles and authorization concepts across on-premise and cloud environments;
• Supporting the delivery and continuous improvement of IAM and SAP security initiatives, including system rollouts and authorization enhancements.

You Will Need

• 5+ years of professional experience as an SAP IAM Security Specialist or in a comparable SAP security and authorization role;
• Strong expertise in SAP authorization concepts, RBAC/ABAC, role engineering, access lifecycle management, and SoD governance;
• Solid understanding of IGA and end-to-end access management processes;
• Fluency in English;
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.

Would Be Awesome If You Have

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields;
• Previous involvement in IAM or SAP security projects delivered through waterfall or hybrid methodologies, particularly across both on-premise and cloud landscapes;
• Practical experience supporting audits, control testing, findings management, remediation tracking, and continuous security improvement initiatives.
