Hexa Consulting is seeking a skilled SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to support payroll system delivery in the financial services sector. The role focuses on SAP ECC HCM Payroll configuration, testing and optimization across regulatory updates and stakeholder collaboration.

You will analyze requirements, translate them into specifications and configurations, and provide technical documentation and ongoing support. English proficiency is required, with a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.

Qualificações

• Around 4 years of experience as an SAP HCM Payroll Functional Consultant or in a similar SAP payroll-focused role.
• Practical experience with SAP ECC HCM Payroll configuration, support and enhancement activities.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and document clear functional and technical specifications.
• Experience supporting payroll processes in regulated or complex organizational environments.
