Job Description:

Experienced SAP Fieldglass Consultant to join our team and lead the implementation, integration, and support of SAP Fieldglass solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of contingent workforce management processes and proven experience in configuring and optimizing SAP Fieldglass for enterprise use.

Responsibilities:

• Lead or support end-to-end implementation of SAP Fieldglass, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to understand contingent workforce requirements and translate them into SAP Fieldglass solutions.
• Configure modules such as Contingent Workforce Management and Services Procurement within SAP Fieldglass.
• Manage integration with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP ERP, or third-party systems using APIs or middleware tools.
• Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing functional support.
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth operation of SAP Fieldglass after implementation.
• Stay updated on product enhancements, patches, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Fieldglass (implementation and support).
• Experience in Fieldglass configuration, workflow design, and user role setup.
• Familiarity with integration tools such as SAP CPI, PI/PO, or Boomi is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• SAP Fieldglass certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA, or Ariba.
• Experience with global deployments or working with multinational clients.
