Excelia is seeking a SAP QM Techno-Functional Consultant to join our Porto team. The role combines SAP QM consulting with ABAP/UI5 development to support QM processes and interfaces.

Based in Porto with one day per week in the office, you will work on requirements, specifications, test management, and IT concept development in a collaborative, multinational setting.

Competenze

• 5+ years of proven experience in SAP QM environments.
• Experience in manufacturing QA processes and QM interfaces.
• Ability to customize SAP QM and implement cross-functional integration.

Mansioni

• Consult SAP QM processes for business partners and align with IT guardrails.
• Create requirements specifications and user stories with IT.
• Develop IT concepts, functional/technical specs and test support.
• Provide ABAP development for SAP QM functionalities and ABAP/UI5 work.
• Develop UI5 applications to enhance user experience and interfaces.
• Support IT projects with internal resources and ticket handling.

Position: SAP QM Techno-Functional Consultant
Location: Porto - 1x a week in the office
Main responsibilities:

• Consulting of business partners according to SAP QM processes;
• Supporting business partners with creation of requirement specifications/user stories & ensuring alignment with IT guardrails;
• Creation of IT concepts like functional & technical specifications;
• Test management, bug fixing during integration test & hypercare phase;
• Providing ABAP development services to customize SAP QM functionalities;
• Develop UI5 applications to enhance user experience & interface;
• Working in IT projects along with our internal IT resources.

Ticket support which inlcudes errors & minor change requests for all standard SAP QM transactins plus custom QM programs (some documentation availalble) supported by the IT Quality Platform (FIPQ) team in fhe following areas of responsibility:

• Quality Systems Enablement
• Quality Planning & Assurance
• Quality Complaints & Warranty
• QM Integration with MM/PP/PM/EWM

Mandatory requirements:

• 5+ years of proven experience

Functional Skills

• Functional knowledge of all Quality processes in a manufacturing environment including interfaces.
• SAP consulting experience in logistics environment especially in QM module
• Customizing within area of SAP Quality Management
• Implementation of cross functional integration skills

Technical Skills

• SAP R3 & SAP S/4 Hana
• ABAP/UI5 programming language
• Design, build custom reports, smart forms/adobe forms, interface & middleware implementation
• Perform advanced ABAP debugging and runtime analysis
• Familiarity with data migration tools
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Jira/Confluence

Languages

• Fluency in English (mandatory)
