Job summary

Aubay Portugal, a French multinational, seeks an experienced Senior SAP professional based in Portugal (Lisbon or Porto) for complex, large-scale SAP environments. The role emphasizes transformations (S/4HANA, RISE with SAP), strong SAP architecture, security and governance, and bilingual Portuguese/English communication.

The position offers a hybrid work model with on-site collaboration 2–3 days per week. You will engage in defining best practices, integration strategies, and compliance in SAP

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP experience in large-scale environments.
• Experience in SAP transformations (S/4HANA, RISE with SAP).
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, ECC, BTP and integrations.
• Understanding of SAP security, compliance and DevSecOps.
• Ability to define and evolve SAP team guidelines and best practices.
• Experience with governance models for RISE with SAP and SAP Activate.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Based in Lisbon or Porto with hybrid work (2-3 days on-site).
• Authorization to work in Portugal.

What are we looking for?

• Senior professional with at least 5 years of relevant experience (ideally 10+ for a Master level) in complex and large-scale SAP environments.
• Proven experience in SAP transformation initiatives (S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, application modernization).
• Solid knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and ECC, RISE with SAP, Clean Core strategies and extensibility, SAP BTP, and integrations.
• Strong understanding of SAP solution architecture, security, compliance, and DevSecOps principles in SAP environments.
• Experience in evaluating SAP and partner solutions, assessing their technical suitability and business value.Ability to define and evolve SAP team guidelines, including best practices for development, Clean Core strategy, DevSecOps, security, compliance, and quality.
• Experience in operationalizing governance models for RISE with SAP and promoting SAP standards (e.g., SAP Activate, Best Practices).
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Based in Lisbon or Porto, with a hybrid work model (2-3 days on-site per week).
• Authorization to work in Portugal (Portuguese citizen or valid work permit).
