Ithr Group Plc seeks an experienced SAP O2C Functional Lead to drive the rollout of a validated SAP S/4HANA O2C core model across North America. You will gather requirements, validate gaps, and work with business stakeholders and delivery partners to ensure alignment with the global template.

This role requires 10+ years in SAP, strong SAP SD expertise, and proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and project teams through complex multi-country deployments.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of SAP experience with SAP SD and end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes.
• Experience delivering SAP S/4HANA implementations, ideally in global or multi-country programmes.
• Experience supporting North American deployments.
• Strong requirements gathering, business analysis and documentation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead O2C functional activities for North America rollout.
• Gather and validate O2C requirements against global core model.
• Identify process gaps, deviations and local requirements, supporting design decisions.
• Support and validate testing activities to ensure local scenarios are covered.
• Collaborate with System Integrator and project teams to align with the global template.
