Job summary

Airbus Portugal SA is seeking a Master Data Management - Contract Administrator to support procurement functions under the Service Line Agreement. You will report to the HO Master Data Management - Procurement in the Airbus GBS organization and ensure compliant procurement processes towards the business.

The role emphasizes data integrity, communication with strategic buyers, and innovation in procurement through modern tools. A hybrid work model and a modern Parque das Nações office are offered.

Qualifications

• Two years in procurement environment.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal). French and/or German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier information and pricing data in SAP and Airbus tools.
• Archive contractual documents electronically in Airbus tools.
• Launch and follow-up on recurrent supplier inputs as needed.
• Process ad-hoc requests for urgent customer requirements and events.

Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to Airbus\’s global success and play a vital role in Airbus\’s transformation journey in standardisation, harmonisation, digitalisation and automation of end-to-end processes (e.g.Procure to Pay) of all overhead functions. Responsibilities - your mission

In his/her role as Master Data Management - Contract Administrator, the jobholder will be responsible for administrative activities and support to the Direct and Indirect central procurement functions in line with the Service Line Agreement requirements

The jobholder will report to the HO Master Data Management - Procurement in the Airbus GBS organization. He/She will be the guarantor of a compliant procurement process towards the business.

Main responsibilities

• Manage various supplier information and pricing data in SAP and other Airbus Procurement tools
• Manage the electronic archiving of contractual documents in the Airbus tools
• Launch and follow-up actions on recurrent supplier inputs as needed
• Process ad-hoc requests for urgent customer requirements and events
• Audit and track Data Management Group Requests so the business can continue to flow accurately and efficiently
• Ensure regular two-way communication with strategic buyers & data management group at Airbus Helicopters Inc.
• Contribute to innovation and digitalization in the procurement process through the deployment of state-of-the-art processes and tools
• Resolve discrepancies by recognizing errors with current and new requests. Must be able to communicate problems with data and offer/implement solutions.
• Facilitate resolutions of procurement data issues.
• Maintain Data integrity in Material and Procurement Master Data

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have

• Professional track record featuring a minimum of two years within the Procurement environment
• In terms of Hard skills , the jobholder will ideally bring experience in administration tasks and knowledge in Export Control and Sustainability laws and regulations. He/she will demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills, and will be fluent in English both written and verbal. French and/or German would be a plus. He/she will be easily adaptable to the Airbus Procurement tools (SAP, E-Proc and Airsupply) and will be used to Google suite
• In terms of Soft skills , the jobholder will be "delivery" oriented with a strong focus on customers\’s satisfaction . He/she will have a strong ability to convince and influence, communicate effectively. He/she will be a team player and will be comfortable with remote working. He/she will always act with integrity and equity in the supplier selection process, in full compliance with processes and regulations. A specific attention will be brought to the Ethics of the jobholder. In his/her role, he/she is engaging Airbus legally, financially and in terms of image.
