Orise Digital is seeking a SAP Logistics Senior Consultant in Porto to lead end-to-end Purchasing and Logistics Execution processes. The role focuses on configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP MM and LE solutions to optimize procurement, inventory and distribution workflows.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, deliver projects and product development, and contribute to delivering best-practice SAP workflows for customers.

Qualificações

• In-depth knowledge of SAP MM and SAP LE configurations.
• Proficiency in SAP Purchasing, Inventory Management and Logistics.
• Experience with SAP SD/FI/CO and EWM/WM integrations (3PL/EDI).
• Experience with Batch Management and Serial Number Management.
• Fluent English with strong analytical and communication skills.

Job description

We seek a skilled and experienced SAP Logistics Consultant to join our team, focusing on the end-to-end Purchasing and Logistics Execution processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP solutions across Materials Management (MM) and Logistics Execution (LE) to optimize our procurement, supply chain, and distribution workflows.

This role requires a deep understanding of SAP MM and LE configurations, end-to-end logistics and purchasing processes, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.

With our Orise Products, we are also delivering best practice solutions and workflows to our customers. The candidate would participate in delivering projects and product development.

Your Key responsibilities

1. SAP Logistics & Procurement Management

Configure and manage SAP MM and LE modules, including procurement processes, inventory management, logistics execution, shipping, route determination, and warehouse operations.

2. Requirements Gathering

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system designs for logistics and purchasing capabilities.

3. Solution Design and Implementation

Design and implement solutions that enhance logistics, inbound/outbound execution, and procurement processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance with industry best practices.

4. System Integration

Work closely with other SAP modules (such as SD, FI, CO, and EWM/WM) and external third-party logistics systems (3PL) via EDI/IDocs to ensure seamless integration and data flow.

5. Issue Resolution

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to SAP Purchasing and Logistics processes, providing timely and effective solutions to minimize business disruption.

Your Skills and Experience

• In-depth knowledge of SAP MM and SAP LE (Logistics Execution) configurations and customizations.


• Proficiency in SAP Purchasing, Inventory Management, Inbound/Outbound Shipping, and Delivery Processing.


• Strong integration experience with other SAP modules (SD, FI/CO, WM/EWM) and logistics interfaces (3PL / EDI).


• Experience with Batch Management and Serial Number Management in logistics operations.


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.


• SAP certification(s) in relevant areas (MM, Supply Chain, or Logistics) would be a plus.


• Fluent English.


• Knowledge of agile project tools: Jira and Confluence.
