A Randstad Portugal está a recrutar um profissional SAP HCM para integração direta, em Porto. O/ A candidato(a) irá manter e evoluir o nosso landscape SAP HCM (Payroll, Time Management, Organizational Management e SuccessFactors), com análise de requisitos, desenho e implementações, colaborando com parceiros internos e externos para entregar projetos com qualidade.

Requisitos incluem formação superior em áreas relevantes, mais de 2 anos de experiência em SAP HCM e fortes competências em

Qualifications

• Graduação em Ciências da Computação, Sistemas de Informação ou Engenharia.
• Mais de 2 anos de experiência em SAP HCM core modules com foco em PA, OM, TM e Payroll.
• Experiência em HR customization incluindo master data, payroll-run e time evaluation.
• Exposição à integração SAP ECC HCM com outros produtos SAP e terceiros.
• Trabalho em equipa e abordagem prática; inglês falado e escrito.

Responsibilities

• Support and enhancements for SAP HCM applications landscape (payroll, TM, OM, SuccessFactors).
• Requirements analysis, design and implementations for SAP HCM landscape.
• Project work with internal partners and external providers.

Hybrid work model (3 days on-site; 2 days remote / week).

• Support and enhancements for our global SAP HCM applications landscape (payroll, time management, organizational management, SuccessFactors);

requisitos/requirements

• Degree or Master Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering;
• More than 2 years of experience of SAP HCM core modules with current subject matter expertise inPersonnel Administration, Organization Management, Time Management and Payroll;
• Experience in HR customizing including master data, payroll-run and time evaluation;
• Exposure to the integration of SAP ECC HCM with other SAP products and 3rd party systems;
• Teamwork and hand-on mentality;
• Strong problem-solving and conceptual skills; English spoken and written.
