Tata Consultancy Services is looking for a Salesforce UAT Specialist in Lisbon. In this role, you will define and execute UAT strategies while collaborating with teams to ensure quality. Key qualifications include strong Salesforce knowledge, testing experience, and proficiency in Agile methodologies. Qualificações

• 2–5+ years of experience in UAT, QA, or Business Analysis within Salesforce.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud).
• Experience in testing configurations and automations (Flows, workflows, validation rules, Apex triggers, integrations).
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, TestRail, or Zephyr.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute UAT strategies, test plans, and acceptance criteria aligned with business requirements.
• Design and run test cases and scenarios reflecting real Salesforce user workflows.
• Perform manual testing across configurations, automations, integrations, and custom objects.
• Manage defects end-to-end: logging, prioritization, tracking, and validation of fixes.
• Collaborate closely with business, product, and technical teams.
