Adecco Recruitment in Lisbon is seeking a Salesforce UAT Specialist to ensure business requirements are accurately reflected in delivered Salesforce solutions, validating functionality, managing defects, and supporting successful project outcomes throughout the testing lifecycle.

This hybrid, permanent role requires 2–5 years in UAT/QA within Salesforce environments, strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, plus experience with Jira, TestRail or Zephyr and Agile/Scrum

Qualificações

• 2–5 years in UAT/QA/BA within Salesforce environments.
• Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud.
• Experience testing Salesforce configurations, automations, integrations, and custom developments.
• Familiar with Jira, TestRail, Zephyr for defect/test management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

We are hiring a Salesforce UAT Specialist to help ensure business requirements are accurately reflected in delivered Salesforce solutions, validating functionality, managing defects, and supporting successful project outcomes throughout the testing lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute UAT strategies, test plans, and acceptance criteria aligned with business requirements.
• Design and execute test cases and scenarios reflecting real Salesforce user workflows.
• Perform manual testing across configurations, automations, integrations, and custom objects.
• Manage defects end-to-end, including logging, prioritisation, tracking, and validation of fixes.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to ensure solution readiness.
• Support UAT workshops, user training activities, and post-deployment hypercare.

What We Are Looking For

• 2-5 years of experience in UAT, QA, or Business Analysis within Salesforce environments.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce, particularly Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Experience testing Salesforce configurations, automations, integrations, and custom developments.
• Familiarity with defect and test management tools such as Jira, TestRail, or Zephyr.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of SOQL and Salesforce reporting capabilities.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD practices.
• Exposure to data migration, multi-cloud Salesforce projects, or large-scale transformations.
• Salesforce certifications.
