Tata Consultancy Services is looking for a Salesforce UAT Specialist in Lisbon. In this role, you will define and execute UAT strategies while collaborating with teams to ensure quality. Qualificações

• 2–5+ years of experience in UAT, QA, or Business Analysis within Salesforce.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud).
• Experience in testing configurations and automations (Flows, workflows, validation rules, Apex triggers, integrations).
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, TestRail, or Zephyr.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute UAT strategies, test plans, and acceptance criteria aligned with business requirements.
• Design and run test cases and scenarios reflecting real Salesforce user workflows.
• Perform manual testing across configurations, automations, integrations, and custom objects.
• Manage defects end-to-end: logging, prioritization, tracking, and validation of fixes.
• Collaborate closely with business, product, and technical teams.

• Salesforce certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate UAT sessions, workshops, and feedback cycles with stakeholders.
• Communicate progress, risks, and issues to project leadership.
• Support user training and post-deployment activities (hypercare).
• Ensure adherence to governance, compliance standards, and QA best practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and Salesforce knowledge.
