act digital is seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer to join our team in Lisbon. The role combines hands-on development with technical leadership to deliver robust Salesforce solutions in an international setting.

You will own end-to-end design, implementation, and testing, mentor developers, and promote best practices while collaborating with stakeholders across the business. Hybrid work requires 2 days in Lisbon weekly.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in CS/IT or related field.
• At least 8 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce Integrations.
• Hands-on with unit testing, defect analysis, and bug fixing.
• Solid knowledge of Git, SFDX, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong leadership to mentor and motivate teams.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsabilités

• Take end-to-end ownership of design, implementation, and unit testing within Salesforce and related domains.
• Create and maintain functional and technical documentation.
• Deliver Salesforce configurations and customizations aligned with business requirements and standards.
• Develop and implement integrations and interfaces within the project scope.
• Execute unit testing, analyze defects, and implement corrective actions.
• Define, review, and improve test cases.
