Match Profiler is inviting applications for a Salesforce professional to join our internal team in Lisbon on a hybrid basis (2 to 3 days per week). The role emphasizes delivering Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions with hands-on development or configuration and ownership of tasks.

You'll work with business stakeholders, share best practices, and contribute to architectural decisions. Strong English, communication, and a collaborative mindset are essential for this client-facing role.

Qualificações

• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, both mandatory.
• Hands-on Salesforce development and/or configuration experience.
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Good understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
• Experience working with business stakeholders is a plus.
• Team Lead positions: prior technical leadership or design experience is a plus.
• Good communication skills and client-facing capability.
• Good level of English.
• Team spirit, proactivity, and time management.

We have multidisciplinary skills and IT know-how that allow us to contribute, optimize and progress with our clients. We are currently recruiting, for integration in our internal team/client, professionals with the following profile:

Salesforce - Hybrid (2 to 3 days/week - Lisbon)

Requirements

• Professional experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud – mandatory.
• Solid hands-on experience with Salesforce development and/or configuration.
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Good understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders is a plus.
• For Team Lead positions, previous experience in technical leadership, team coordination or solution design is a plus.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a client-facing environment.
