GRiT Solutions in Portugal seeks a Technical Architect with strong Salesforce B2B Commerce expertise to design end-to-end solutions and drive integration strategies. You will mentor development teams and establish coding standards using SFDX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

The role requires 5+ years in Salesforce B2B Commerce delivery, deep platform knowledge, and excellent communication with business and technical stakeholders. Hybrid work with 1-2 days in Lisbon, Braga, or Coimbra.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Technical Architect, preferably with Salesforce B2B Commerce.
• Minimum 5 years delivering Salesforce B2B Commerce solutions.
• Experience end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce B2B Commerce (LWR/Classic).
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture (Apex, LWC, Flows, data models).
• Experience defining integration strategies between Salesforce Commerce and external systems.
• Strong experience in synchronous and asynchronous integrations (REST, SOAP, Pub/Sub).
• Proven technical leadership, mentoring teams, and code reviews.
• Experience defining coding standards and CI/CD with SFDX, Git, GitHub Actions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent stakeholder communication.
• Fluency in English (minimum B2 level).
• Availability to work from the office 1-2 days/week (Lisbon, Braga, Coimbra).

Must-Have:

• Proven experience as a Technical Architect, preferably within Salesforce B2B Commerce projects and environments
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience delivering Salesforce B2B Commerce solutions
• Strong experience designing end-to-end solution architectures for Salesforce B2B Commerce (LWR and/or Classic)
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce data models
• Experience defining and implementing complex integration strategies between Salesforce Commerce and external systems
• Strong expertise in synchronous and asynchronous integrations (REST, SOAP, Pub/Sub)
• Proven experience providing technical leadership, mentoring development teams, and conducting critical code reviews
• Experience defining coding standards and CI/CD processes using SFDX, Git, GitHub Actions, and deployment pipelines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify impacts, risks, and dependencies across systems and integrations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating with both business and technical teams
• Fluency in English (minimum B2 level)
• Availability to work from the office 1 to 2 days per week (Lisbon, Braga, or Coimbra)

Would be great if you have:

• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce B2B Commerce Solution Architect, Salesforce B2B Commerce Developer, or other relevant Salesforce credentials
• Experience with Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and enterprise architecture principles
• Experience working in complex digital transformation and eCommerce implementation projects
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and automation frameworks within Salesforce ecosystems
• Experience working in cross-functional teams within structured delivery environments
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Experience supporting go-live activities, production deployments, and post-implementation support initiatives
• Academic background in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (valued)
