GRiT Solutions in Portugal is seeking an experienced specialist to join their team, focusing on Salesforce B2B Commerce solutions. Candidates should possess over 5 years of hands-on experience, demonstrating strong technical skills in Salesforce architecture and integrations.

Must‑Have

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in Salesforce B2B Commerce projects
• Strong expertise in Salesforce B2B Commerce architecture (LWR and/or Classic)
• Deep knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and Salesforce Data Architecture
• Experience designing scalable end‑to‑end Salesforce Commerce solutions following best practices and design patterns
• Experience defining and implementing integration strategies with external systems
• Solid knowledge of synchronous and asynchronous integrations (REST, SOAP, Pub/Sub)
• Experience with CI/CD processes and automation tools such as SFDX, Git, and GitHub Actions/Pipelines
• Ability to lead technical teams, perform critical Code Reviews, and define development standards
• Strong analytical mindset focused on solving complex business challenges with scalable technical solutions
• Knowledge of security and quality best practices (OWASP, Data Privacy)
• Fluent English level (minimum B2/C1)
• Strong communication, autonomy, organizational, and leadership skills
• Availability to work in a hybrid model (1 to 2 days/week in the office)

Would Be Great If You Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or similar
• Salesforce certifications
• Previous work experience with application and software development as also other CRM platforms
