Siemens is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist & Employer Branding professional to lead Salesforce solutions for Partner Relationship Management at their Lisbon Tech Hub. The ideal candidate will possess extensive Salesforce architecture experience and a passion for driving digital innovation. About the Team

Join Siemens' Digital Sales/Marketing team in our mission to revolutionize how we connect with our partners. We're creating the next generation Partner Relationship Management (PRM) system that will transform our business model and enhance customer experience throughout their journey. As part of a global network of IT experts, you'll have the opportunity to drive digital innovation and make a real impact on how Siemens interacts with its partner ecosystem.

Your mission will be…

Lead the architectural design and implementation of Salesforce solutions for Partner Relationship Management
Design and architect scalable technical solutions ensuring security and compliance standards
Translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions
Guide implementation teams and provide technical leadership for Salesforce development
Optimize partner onboarding, engagement, and collaboration processes
Define and maintain Salesforce architecture standards and security models
Lead solution design for partner portals, deal registration, and channel sales functions
Collaborate with global stakeholders and development teams to align solutions with business needs
Evaluate and recommend new PRM features and third-party solutions

We are looking for someone with…

7-10 years of experience in Salesforce Solution Architecture, with focus on Partner Relationship Management
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Advanced degree may substitute for some experience)
Fluent English skills, both written and spoken, for effective global communication
Extensive hands-on experience with:
Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud
Partner Management processes and setup
Apex, Lightning Components, LWC, Flow, and Visualforce
Integration patterns using APIs and middleware (Azure, MuleSoft)
Strong background in CI/CD, DevOps, and Salesforce deployment strategies
Experience with data modeling and ETL processes
Proven track record in leading complex technical solutions
Excellence in stakeholder management and communication
Experience working in Agile development environments
Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
