Cronos Europa Portugal, the Lisbon delivery centre of Cronos Europa, is seeking a senior Salesforce Architect to define and govern the Salesforce architecture across multiple markets and languages. You will collaborate with product owners, architects and delivery teams to ensure scalable, maintainable CRM solutions, with emphasis on data models, integrations, and governance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem, including at least 3 years in an architect role.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and drive initiatives independently.
• Ability to analyse complex business and technical challenges and develop effective solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in international and Agile environments is an asset.
• Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

Cronos Europa Portugal is the Lisbon delivery centre of Cronos Europa, part of the Cronos Group — a technology federation of 9,000+ professionals and 500+ competence centres across Europe. From our office at IDB Lisbon we deliver application development, architecture, and IT operations for major European organisations, working as an integrated nearshore extension of our clients' teams.

You will join an international customer care transformation programme for a leading global automotive manufacturer. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for defining and governing the Salesforce architecture that supports customer service operations across multiple markets and languages. You will work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, architects, and delivery teams to ensure scalable, maintainable, and consistent CRM solutions worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain the architectural framework for Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
• Design scalable customer service and case management solutions for a global organisation.
• Create and govern enterprise-level Salesforce data models.
• Define integration patterns between Salesforce and external platforms, including contact centre and enterprise data services.
• Establish platform governance standards, release management processes, and technical guidelines.
• Ensure consistency across multiple markets and prevent platform fragmentation.
• Act as the design authority for Salesforce delivery teams.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Managers, and fellow architects to align solutions with the target architecture.

Technical skills:

• Strong experience as a Salesforce Architect with end-to-end solution ownership.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and case management.
• Solid experience in Salesforce data modelling at enterprise scale.
• Expertise in integration architecture, including REST APIs, SOAP APIs, event-driven architectures, and middleware solutions.
• Experience establishing and enforcing platform governance and design standards.
• Experience delivering multi-market Salesforce implementations.
• Salesforce certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, CTA track) are considered a strong asset.
• Experience with contact centre platforms such as Genesys Cloud, Amazon Connect, or NICE is a plus.

Profile:
