ALTEN Porto is seeking a Solution Manager – Salesforce to lead and evolve ALTEN's Salesforce ecosystem, overseeing RUN and BUILD in a multi-entity, international context. You will manage a small team, collaborate with Product Owners and IT, and drive governance, data quality, and roadmap delivery while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across Europe.

Qualificações

• Approximately 6+ years of Salesforce experience and strong technical background.
• Experience in Agile environments and running RUN vs BUILD with SLA ownership.
• Familiarity with data governance and license management; Salesforce certifications are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee RUN and BUILD activities for the Salesforce platform, ensuring SLA ownership and roadmap delivery.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, business stakeholders and IT teams to align platform capabilities with business needs.
• Promote best practices, governance, data quality and continuous improvement across the Salesforce ecosystem.
