Elevus Tech is seeking a Salesforce Team Leader to drive design and implementation of Salesforce-based solutions across multiple sectors. You will lead architecture design, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure delivery quality to meet customer needs.

Fluency in English is required, as you will engage with international stakeholders and teams. The role emphasizes autonomy, problem-solving and continuous improvement within a dynamic environment.

Elevus is a company that, since 2001, has been offering innovative solutions in the Human Resources field, specializing in recruitment and outsourcing, operating both in Portugal and in the international market, and we are currently looking for a Salesforce Team Leader.

Responsibilities

• Participation in projects to develop and implement solutions based on the Salesforce platform.
• Contribution to the design of architectures and technical solutions that meet customer needs.
• Collaborating in multidisciplinary teams to carry out projects in different sectors.
• Ensuring the quality and efficiency of the solutions implemented, with a focus on continuous improvements.
• Constant communication with different stakeholders to align requirements and expectations.

Skills And Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of the architecture and design of solutions supported by Salesforce.
• Autonomy, analytical skills and a critical problem-solving spirit.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

Preferred Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering or similar field.
• Professional experience of between 2 and 6 years in Salesforce projects.
• Previous experience in the Banking, Insurance and/or Real Estate sectors will be valued.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification (preferred).
