Job summary

Excelia is a multinational consulting and technology company seeking a Salesforce Consultant/Developer in Porto. Hybrid work with 1 day a week in the office. Key tasks include development for Academy Training bookings, Sales/Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and external system integrations.

The role requires 5-7+ years as a Salesforce Developer, strong knowledge of Salesforce platform components, and integration capabilities. English fluency is mandatory; Salesforce certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

5-7+ years of proven experience as a Salesforce Developer.
Experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud (Community Portals).
Experience with external system integrations and API development.
Ability to gather requirements, design solutions, implement and deploy configurations.

Responsibilities

Development tasks for Academy Training booking processes.
Develop for Sales/Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and external integrations.
Handle requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, deployments, and configurations (objects, fields, validation rules, flows, reports).
