GRiT Solutions is seeking a Mid-Level Salesforce Developer to join a delivery-focused team, with a particular emphasis on Service Cloud. You'll take part across the full implementation lifecycle, contributing hands-on to well-scoped features and working closely with senior technical specialists.

Must-Have: 3+ years of Salesforce development, Apex, LWCs, REST/SOAP, Flows, and a Salesforce Platform Developer I certification. Fluent English and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset are essential.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Service Cloud exposure.
• Hands-on Apex development (Classes, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL).
• Experience with Lightning Web Components and/or Aura Components.
• REST and SOAP integrations experience.
• Salesforce configuration skills: Flows, Validation Rules, automation.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.
• Proactive, autonomous and quality-focused with ownership and collaboration.

Job Description

We're looking for a Mid-Level Salesforce Developer to join a delivery-focused team, with a particular emphasis on Service Cloud. You'll take part across the full implementation lifecycle, contributing hands-on to well-scoped features and working closely with senior technical specialists.

Must-Have:

• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development, ideally including exposure to Service Cloud projects
• Hands-on experience with Apex (Classes, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL)
• Practical experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and/or Aura Components
• Experience with REST and SOAP integrations
• Experience configuring Salesforce, including Flows, Validation Rules and automation
• Comfortable producing technical documentation and design artefacts
• Experience with unit testing, defect analysis and issue resolution
• Working knowledge of Git, SFDX and CI/CD pipelines
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required)
• Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive, autonomous and quality-focused, with a strong sense of ownership, accountability and collaboration

Would be great if you have:

• Knowledge of Core Cloud, Salesforce Voice (CTI integration) or Data Cloud
• Experience with Omni-Channel Routing and Prioritisation
• Knowledge of Security & Access Models and Data Access & Visibility
• Exposure to Reporting & Analytics, including Power BI integration
