Job summary

Capgemini Portugal is hiring a Salesforce Functional Analyst to bridge business and technical teams on Salesforce projects. You will analyze processes, gather requirements, propose improvements, and monitor implementation to ensure alignment with functional and strategic goals.

Key responsibilities include gathering requirements, mapping processes, documenting specs, performing basic Salesforce configurations, and supporting testing, training, and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Previous experience as a functional analyst or consultant on Salesforce projects.
• Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce clouds.
• Basic knowledge of Salesforce configuration (objects, workflows, reports).
• Knowledge of documentation tools (Lucidchart, Visio).
• Good communication and ability to translate technical requirements into business language.
• Desirable: Salesforce Administrator or BA certification; experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Education
