Capgemini Portugal is seeking a Senior Salesforce OMS Developer to lead end-to-end order management implementations. You will partner with architects, product owners and analysts to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions, while mentoring developers in a fast-paced Agile environment.

This role focuses on integrating ERP, WMS, payments and logistics systems, optimizing order flows, and ensuring performance and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–8+ years of Salesforce experience with strong hands-on development background.
• Proven experience with Salesforce OMS (SOM) implementations.
• Strong expertise in Apex programming.
• Advanced knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC); Experience with Salesforce Flows.
• Solid understanding of order lifecycle management and commerce flows.
• Experience with integration patterns and API development.

Responsabilités

• Lead Salesforce OMS development and configuration, act as the main technical contact, mentor developers, and ensure coding standards, quality, security, and performance.
• Deliver end-to-end order management workflows (order capture, orchestration, fulfillment, returns) using Flows, Apex, and LWC, prioritizing standard functionality.
• Build and manage integrations with external systems (ERP, WMS, payments, logistics) using APIs and event-driven architectures, collaborating with middleware teams (e.g., MuleSoft).
• Work with architects, product owners, and analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions, participate in Agile ceremonies, and support planning and estimations.
• Optimize order processing, ensure scalability for high transaction volumes, and troubleshoot production issues effectively.
• Enforce development standards, maintain documentation, and support CI/CD processes and version control.

Key Responsabilities:

Technical Leadership

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
• 5–8+ years of Salesforce experience, with a strong hands‑on development background; Proven experience with Salesforce OMS (SOM) implementations;
• Strong expertise in Apex programming;
• Advanced knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC); Experience with Salesforce Flows and automation tools;
• Solid understanding of order lifecycle management and commerce flows;
• Experience with integration patterns and API development.
