Conectys in Portugal is seeking a Sales Representative fluent in Dutch to connect with business customers, uncover needs, and guide them to the right FMCG solutions. You will join a diverse, international team in a hybrid contact center environment, delivering an outstanding customer experience.

You''ll build relationships, identify opportunities, and achieve sales targets using Salesforce and CRM tools, while collaborating across teams to improve the customer journey.

Qualificações

• Dutch at least C1 and English at least B2, written and spoken.
• Experience in sales, customer service, account management, or a customer-facing role is an advantage.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-first mindset with the confidence to identify opportunities and close sales.
• Willingness to work in a contact center environment, in a hybrid setup.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with business customers through inbound and outbound communication.
• Identify sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and recommending the most suitable products and services.
• Guide customers through the sales process while delivering an exceptional experience at every interaction.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through consultative selling and solution-oriented conversations.

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, SalesForce experience appreciated and digital tools.
