The activities

• Managing and expanding an existing portfolio of customers;
• Accurately forecasting sales opportunities based on realistic expectations;
• Building strong relationships through outbound calls and video meetings;
• Consistently meeting or exceeding growth and activity-based KPIs;
• Maintaining up-to-date and accurate records in the CRM system;
• Preparing quotes and processing customer orders;
• Collaborating across departments to support customer and partner success.

Procedure

The training period is 10 working days, and it has a duration of 8 hours per day.

During the training you will receive an insight into your future work field which will include:

• Integration into the TP Portugal team;
• Training for new computer software programs;
• Comprehensive product training about products and services of the client;
• Customer management training for telephone, e-mail and/our chat contact;
• On-the-job training and independent implementation of training content.

Compensation

On the first day of training, you will sign the training agreement, which includes information about the salary, schedule and duration of the training. The successful completion of your training will result in the work contract signature. The signing of the contract will either take place on the last day of training or on the following workday.

The training period will be proportionally compensated by TP Portugal for those who successfully complete it. Since you will not yet have signed an employment contract during the training, there will not be any social security taxes charged for the training period compensation.

Please be aware that in case of a premature termination of the training on your part, no compensation will be paid. Any additional expenses related to the training will not be refunded.

Further information about the working conditions

40 Hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern, Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00.

You will be assigned for a daily working time of 8 hours with an additional hour lunch break.

Since you sign a Portuguese employment contract, Portuguese public holidays apply. If you are working on a Portuguese public holiday, you will get a compensation day that you can spend later under consent of the project. Your holiday entitlement refers to Portuguese law with 22 days per year.

Holiday and Christmas bonuses

In Portugal you obtain Holiday and Christmas bonuses. The amount of each bonus payment is equal to your base salary. The allowances will be split and paid as a monthly percentage on top of your base salary.

The headquarters of TP Portugal are located in Lisbon. We have seven office buildings in Portugal: 5 in Lisbon, one in Covilhã, and one in Porto. Your future workplace is located in the building TP Tejo, Lisbon.

Salary: Monthly gross compensation* (example for 22 working days)

• Christmas allowance: 86.83 €
• Holiday allowance: 86.83 €
• Meal allowance (7.00€ per day): 154.00 €
• Performance bonus: up to 350€ gross monthly depending if you hit the designated kpi´s

*Monthly gross compensation :

• Apartment Benefit ( benefit-in-kind). If you live in a TP apartment, the benefit amount will appear in your pay slip and declared for tax purposes (this amount is tax-free until 31st Dec 2026).
• Christmas and Holiday allowances. Paid out by default in monthly instalments.
• Meal Allowance. Paid by debit card (card is provided by the HR team) to benefit from tax exemption. It can be used in different establishments, including restaurants, cafeterias, and supermarkets.
• Income Tax and Social Security Tax. Amounts to be withhold from your Total Gross Compensation (excluding meal allowance). The applicable Income tax is subject to each employee profile (salary amount, number of children, marital status, etc.). The Social Security tax is a flat-rate tax of 11%.
• Health Insurance since day one of Employment Contract.
• Signature of a Selection Agreement to manage the last phase of Recruitment.
• If at the end of the recruitment you are selected, you will sign an Employment Uncertain Term with a foreseeable duration of 12 months.
• Employment beyond 2 years will be under a Permanent employment relationship.
