Responsibilities

• Resolve technical enquiries and troubleshoot issues related to the online marketing platform.
• Apply basic coding and debugging skills to analyze problems.
• Support clients via chat, ensuring timely and accurate solutions.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results.
• Work with platform divisions: Search Ads 360, Display & Video 360, Campaign Manager, Authorized Buyers, Studio.
