Genpact is hiring a Sales Program Specialist – Process Associate (Spanish) in a Hybrid Lisbon setting. The role supports scalable sales programs, drives revenue growth for SMB advertisers, and requires strong sales and advertising knowledge.

You will interact across teams to ensure product adoption and ROI for campaigns, while maintaining excellent client relationships and fast, accurate problem resolution.

Qualificações

• Experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or sales within B2B/B2C.
• Strong ability to support advertisers and drive revenue growth.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and communicating across channels.

As a Sales Program Specialist, you will support innovative scalable sales programs across a diverse set of customers, focusing on driving revenue and product adoption. You will play a critical role in providing a variety of services that address our advertiser needs, and in helping to identify opportunities to scale projects and drive ROI across the SMB long tail. Success in this position requires a passion for supporting clients, strong analytical skills, a focus on processes and operations and the ability to thrive in a fast paced, team-focused environment.
