We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team on a contract basis in Faro, Portugal. As our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing our sales strategies and team to drive revenue growth and meet company targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
• Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet individual and team goals
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
• Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service
• Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and create reports for senior management
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and operations to ensure a cohesive approach to sales
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market changes to inform business decisions

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the same industry (preferably in Faro)
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Strong understanding of sales techniques and processes
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
