In this role, you will proactively contact potential clients through outbound calls, help them complete the sign-up process, and build engagement with the platform. You will combine consultative selling, digital marketing knowledge, and strong communication skills to identify opportunities and convert prospects.
Contact potential clients through outbound calls.
Support prospects throughout the sign-up and onboarding process.
Build strong relationships and engage decision-makers.
Present the value of digital advertising solutions.
Handle objections and address client concerns effectively.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Consultative selling and objection-handling skills.
Strong questioning and active-listening abilities.
Business acumen and ability to identify sales opportunities.
Ability to influence and engage decision-makers.
Strategic mindset and results-oriented approach.
Comfortable working with digital tools and learning new software.
The role includes approximately 15 working days of training, 8 hours per day, conducted in English.
Training includes:
Introduction and integration into the team.
Training on internal systems and software.
Comprehensive product and service training.
Customer and sales management training.
Practical, on-the-job training.
Independent application of the training content.
Successful completion of the training leads to the next stage of the employment process and contract signing.
40 hours per week, 8 hours per day plus a lunch break.
Working schedule communicated during the recruitment process.
Initial employment contract with the possibility of renewal.
