Job summary

Camper is seeking a Sales Associate for our store in ECI Oporto to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive fashion retail sales.

You will welcome customers, offer tailored advice, support stock and visual merchandising, and manage cash desk operations while maintaining a welcoming store environment.

• Experience in assisted sales, preferably within fashion, footwear or retail.
• Strong customer focus and results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you will be part of the store team and play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience, supporting the achievement of sales targets and representing the brand’s image and values.

Main Responsibilities

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in assisted sales, preferably within fashion, footwear or retail.
• Strong customer focus and results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, proactivity and ability to work as part of a team.
• Flexibility and availability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Good level of Portuguese. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered a plus.
• Interest in fashion, design and product.
