Qualificações

• 3+ years coordinating or managing software or SaaS delivery projects.
• Demonstrated experience producing management-level status reporting and dashboards.
• Hands-on with Azure DevOps (or Jira) for backlog, board and pipeline tracking.
• Strong grasp of agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban) and understanding of the software lifecycle.
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
• Assertive, diplomatic and able to chase senior stakeholders and external clients.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Advanced Excel / PowerPoint; structuring data for reporting.
• Right to work in the EU.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a live, complete view of SaaS platform workstreams across product, design, engineering, QA, release, onboarding, and operations.
• Own the master plan: milestones, dependencies, critical path, resourcing and risks, kept current at all times.
• Track commitments with owner, due date and status across all teams from product to operations.
• Attend and structure key ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, go/no-go releases) and record outputs.
