INFUSE is seeking a Senior Project Manager with a Business Analysis or Product Management background to drive strategic initiatives from design through delivery. You will blend project management discipline with analytical thinking to optimize processes and outcomes across teams.

The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and effective stakeholder management, with an Independent contractor arrangement and no benefits.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of project management experience.
• Background in Business Analysis or Product Management.
• Proven track record of improving business processes and implementing changes.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across business and technical stakeholders.
• Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multiple projects across departments, delivering on time and within scope.
• Own end-to-end delivery: planning, budgeting, resources, and risks.
• Analyze workflows and translate requirements into actionable tasks.
• Drive process improvements via modeling and data analysis.
• Lead change management and stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for system/process integrations.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders on progress and expectations.
