BEAM - Managed IT Solutions is seeking a hands-on CTO to own our technology strategy, architecture and engineering organisation for a scalable SaaS platform. You will partner with the CEO to shape product direction, ensure enterprise-grade security and compliance, and drive reliability across production services.

In this role you will define the platform roadmap, lead the multi-disciplinary team, and be close enough to code and operations to spot issues early while delivering high-velocity,

Qualificações

• 10+ years in software engineering, including 4+ years leading engineering teams (Head of Engineering, VP Eng, CTO or equivalent) in a SaaS or product company.
• Proven ownership of a multi-tenant, cloud-hosted B2B SaaS platform in production with enterprise clients.
• Excellent written and spoken English; able to communicate clearly with both engineers and executives.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own the platform's technical vision and multi-year roadmap, aligned with commercial priorities and client commitments.
• Build and lead the engineering team across backend, frontend, QA, DevOps/SRE and product-adjacent roles.
• Own security posture, compliance and risk for enterprise SaaS, including GDPR and SOC 2 readiness.
• Partner with the CEO and product stakeholders on prioritisation, scoping and feasibility.
