Job summary

Bonapolia is seeking a data analytics specialist to join a manufacturing ERP migration project. You will shape S&OP processes, integrate data from Dynamics 365, and build analytical models and dashboards using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI to support planning and decision-making.

The role spans data modeling, lakehouse architecture, and data processing using Spark and SQL, contributing to a modern analytics platform and reliable business insights across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing or improving S&OP processes in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience in D365 data analysis and data modeling.
• Strong knowledge of Spark and SQL.
• Understanding of Lakehouse, DWH concepts, and data modeling.
• Experience working with Medallion Architecture (Bronze - Silver - Gold).

Responsibilities

• Help shape the S&OP process, aligning sales, demand, supply and inventory planning across a manufacturing business.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess planning practices, identify gaps, and define KPIs and reporting priorities.
• Translate S&OP requirements into analytical data models and Power BI dashboards for demand/supply balancing and plan-versus-actual analysis.
• Identify and integrate data from Dynamics 365 and other systems into Microsoft Fabric for reliable planning inputs.
• Collaborate with the ERP implementation team to align analytics with new Dynamics 365 migration.
• Validate data and outputs with business users and support solution adoption during S&OP reviews.
• Design and develop analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
• Develop and optimize data processing with Spark and SQL.
• Contribute to Lakehouse and DWH architecture, including Bronze-Silver-Gold layers.
