Job summary

Bonapolia in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a data analytics professional to drive S&OP initiatives and build a modern analytics stack using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI. You will work across D365, Lakehouse, and data modeling to support planning, reporting, and decision-making processes.

The role emphasizes translating planning requirements into reliable data models and dashboards, collaborating with ERP migration teams, and validating outputs with business users during regular S&OP reviews.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing or improving S&OP in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI development.
• Proficiency in D365 data analysis and data modeling.
• Strong knowledge of Spark, SQL and data lakehouse concepts.
• Familiarity with Medallion Architecture (Bronze → Silver → Gold).
• English: upper-intermediate proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support S&OP across planning to enable demand, supply and inventory alignment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, reporting priorities and requirements.
• Translate requirements into analytical data models and Power BI dashboards.
• Ingest data from D365 and other systems into Microsoft Fabric and Lakehouse.
• Support ERP migration analytics aligned with Dynamics 365 processes.
• Validate outputs with business users and assist adoption during reviews.
• Design and develop analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
• Develop data processing with Spark and SQL; contribute to DWH/ Lakehouse architecture.
