Job summary

Siemens AG Global Business Services in Europe seeks a Data Analytics & Platform Expert to own end-to-end BI solutions using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric. You’ll translate complex business needs into scalable analytics and drive platform governance across data ingestion, modeling, and reporting.

You will design high-performance dashboards, support platform strategy, and enable enterprise adoption while ensuring security, scalability, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Expertise in Microsoft Ecosystem: Mastery of Power BI, Fabric (OneLake, capacities, workspaces, deployment pipelines), and Copilot Studio.
• Data Engineering & Modeling: Strong background in data ingestion, transformation, ETL/ELT pipelines, and advanced data modeling.
• AI & Innovation Mindset: Experience designing AI-enabled solutions or integrating AI tools into workflows.
• Communication & Collaboration: Advanced written and spoken English to collaborate with international and local teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end analytics solutions, managing lifecycle from data ingestion to reporting and maintenance.
• Design high-performance dashboards and reporting standards with intuitive UX and reusable patterns.
• Support the definition of platform strategy and architecture for Microsoft Power Platform and Fabric.
• Govern enterprise environments, overseeing capacities, security, and compliance.
• Drive enterprise adoption, build communities of practice, and elevate data literacy.
